sculptures, sounds and installations
hearing, seeing, FEELING
Sound as a maximum expression of abstraction. The sculptors, Josep Cerdà and Gustavo Bartolini are especially dedicated to the design and construction of sound sculptures.
Sound is essentially immaterial, abstract, and ephemeral. Sound is a material with which we can establish a physical relationship and with which space can be organized in the same way as tangible forms and materials. Sound sculpture works with sound for plasticity and timbre of pure sounds.
